These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products, software, services, and website of Zeus PhonStuff, Inc, doing business as CallerID.com (“CallerID.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, installing, accessing, or using any CallerID.com product or service, you (“you,” “Customer,” or “Subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
CallerID.com provides caller identification hardware devices, firmware, cloud-based caller ID lookup services, software integrations (including integrations with the RingCentral communications platform, POS systems, and other third-party services), and related support and subscription services.
Specific features and availability may vary by product model, subscription tier, and geographic region. CallerID.com reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Our products and services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@callerid.com of any unauthorized use.
All orders are subject to acceptance by CallerID.com. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is accepted.
Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Subscription services are billed on the recurring basis specified at the time of subscription.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and levies associated with your purchase. Where required by law, we will collect and remit sales tax.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates only. CallerID.com is not responsible for carrier delays.
Return eligibility and procedures are described in our current Return Policy, available at callerid.com. Contact info@callerid.com to initiate a return.
CallerID.com hardware products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorized modification, or acts of nature. THE WARRANTY IN THIS SECTION IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY FOR CALLERID.COM HARDWARE. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
CallerID.com’s RingCentral integration connects CallerID.com caller ID lookup services to the RingCentral communications platform via RingCentral’s APIs. This integration enables real-time caller identification for your RingCentral-based phone system.
Use of the RingCentral integration requires a valid RingCentral account subject to RingCentral’s own terms of service. You are responsible for compliance with RingCentral’s terms and for any fees charged by RingCentral separately.
Caller identification data provided through our service is drawn from our proprietary databases and third-party data sources. CallerID.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of caller ID information. You agree not to use caller ID data in any manner that violates applicable law, including laws governing telephone consumer protection, debt collection, harassment, or discrimination.
If you enable call history logging, call records processed through the RingCentral integration will be stored and made accessible to authorized users of your account. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use and storage of call records complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

CallerID.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to any customer found to be in violation of these acceptable use requirements.
All CallerID.com hardware designs, software, firmware, databases, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property are owned by Zeus PhonStuff, Inc or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CallerID.com software and services solely for your own internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our software or firmware.
Subscription services (caller ID cloud lookups, call history, software updates, support) are provided on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation instructions are available in your account portal or by contacting info@callerid.com. Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Your use of CallerID.com services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information, including RingCentral caller ID data, and your rights with respect to that data.
Our products integrate with third-party services including RingCentral, shipping carriers, payment processors, and others. CallerID.com is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, or for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on such services. Use of third-party services is subject to those services’ own terms and policies.
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED HARDWARE WARRANTY IN SECTION 4, ALL CALLERID.COM PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CALLERID.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF CALLER ID DATA. CALLERID.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CALLER ID INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CALLERID.COM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CALLERID.COM’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CALLERID.COM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CallerID.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our products or services in violation of these Terms or applicable law; (b) your use of caller ID data in a manner that violates the rights of any third party; or (c) your breach of any representation or warranty in these Terms.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. CallerID.com may immediately suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your license to use our software ends and you must cease all use of our services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products or services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property or imminent harm. The arbitration shall take place in Georgia, USA.
Class Action Waiver: You and CallerID.com each waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
